Farm Spirit is Portland’s first modernist vegan plant-based tasting menu restaurant, featuring locally grown produce from the Pacific Northwest bioregion. Besides sugar and some spices, all produce is sourced from less than a hundred miles from the restaurant, such as organic farms, Oregon Olive Mill, PSU Farmer’s Market, Freddy Guy hazelnuts and others. They are located in the Buckman neighborhood of SE Portland.
Farm Spirit Dinner:
Dinner is offered Wednesday through Saturday by Reservation only for either the Cascadian Tasting Menu in the dining room or the Chef’s Counter Experience at 7:00 pm.
Farm Spirit Lunch and Brunch:
Co-owner-Chef Scott Winograd oversees a 3-course lunch that includes a soup or salad, entrée and a fruit-based dessert. Reservations and walk-ins.
Sunday brunch is presented by Folklore pop-up chef Sean Sigmon. Walk-ins only.
