Organicos is a locally owned 100% gluten-free vegan bakery located at the Phoenix Industrial Studios (Unit #420) in Phoenix, Oregon. Co-owners Chef Shay Spear and Baker Allison Brummet acquired the bakery several years ago from the original owner and began expanding the sweet and savory pastry and gluten free bread offerings. We prioritize the sourcing of our organic ingredients from local and regional farmers and artisan producers when available.
All sales at our retail location are are for carry out only.
Our fresh pastries, savories, and sourdough breads are available on Tuesdays and weekends only.
