Donovan Wines, which is produced at her urban winery, Pallet Wine Company, and featured at her adjacent tasting room, The Urban Cork (temporarily closed to tasting). The in-demand wines reflect Donovan’s skill and commitment to crafting wine in natural, sustainable ways, without manipulation.
Having established a renowned winemaking and consulting reputation for wineries around the world for over 22 years, she set out to develop distinct, well balanced wines under her own label, made from grapes grown in Southern Oregon.
