Uber Herbal is a farm-direct tea tasting bar, kitchen and tea brewery located in Grants Pass, Oregon. For more than 10 years. herbalist and owner, Elizabeth Bretko, has been handcrafting herbal blends using organic and wildcrafted ingredients that are primarily sourced and grown locally. International plants are obtained through local companies using only fair-trade practices. In 2017, Uber Herbal launched a line of powdered teas, including Chocolate Chai, Mate Ginger Hibiscus, and Long Life, among others.
Their Heartsong Chai, ground by bicycle power right in her shop, and the Habanero Honey Brew (a spicy, surprising tonic) have earned a loyal fan base in Oregon. Her teas are available wholesale and can be found in retail locations and cafes around the state.
Look for their booth at Southern Oregon farmers markets during the growing season, March – November, and the Grants Pass Growers Market at the Josephine County Fairgrounds every Saturday all winter.
