Jeremy Hall and Erin Chaparro are the owners of Blossom Barn Cidery where they specialize in making Perry, a hard cider made from fermented pear juice. Their family-owned, solar powered farmstead cidery produces the Perry from fruit on their estate grown heritage pear orchards.
The cidery’s new tasting room launches November 4, 2022 and will be open for tasting on a reservation-only basis through December. Follow on social media for 2023 opening dates.
