Noisette Pastry Kitchen is located in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood on the edge of downtown Eugene. The sunny cafe, with wide floor to ceiling windows and plenty of seating, straddles the line between bakery with creative sweet treats and a cafe with savory soup, salad and sandwich lunches and weekend table-service dinners. We strive to source our ingredients from local farmers and producers whenever possible.
Our kitchen is available for savory and sweet custom orders, designed by pastry chef and co-owner, Tobi Sovak, for weddings, birthdays and other special events. Noisette Pastry Kitchen is also a drop spot for the Turnip the Beet CSA and Flower CSA by Sweet Seed Flower Farm.
On Friday and Saturday evenings we hold our Salt and Sweet Wine Bar, featuring a menu inspired by our Chef and co-owner Michael Landsberg. Whenever possible, we feature seafood and meats that are smoked in-house, vegetarian options, sharable small plates and entrees, and house made charcuterie. Wine selection includes Oregon and international wines.
