Coquette Bakery creates french-inspired breakfast pastries, cakes, tarts, and artisan breads at their restored historic property, Two Creeks Heritage Farm. Every loaf and pastry is handmade by co-owner and baker, Denika Voget, in their high-end commercial kitchen located at the farm. They incorporate organic herbs, fruits, and vegetables grown right on the property.
Their products can be found at Southern Oregon farmers markets March to November, and at local retail shops such as Cartwrights Medford and Fry Family Farm Store in Medford, and Rogue Creamery in Central Point. Deliveries to those locations generally occur by opening time.
