Pennington Farms produces exceptional hand-crafted jams and artisan baked goods. A true family operation, the farm is owned by Sam and Kathy Pennington and we nurture our 90-acres of sustainably-grown berries from which we harvest and hand-craft our delectable edibles, including pies, cookies, tarts, and cakes.

Oshala Farm is known across Oregon for their stewardship of a 100+ acre historic farm property. Family owned and run by Jeff and Elise Higley, the farm specializes in growing certified organic culinary and medicinal crops for wholesale and retail customers. Their dried products can be found online and at local-regional grocery outlets. Each year the farm is host to agriculture interns in partnership with Rogue Farm Corps. The Higleys have been long term supporters of organic farming education through workshops and classes on the farm and at related conferences.
