Caldera Brewing Company is an internationally award-winning microbrewery in its 23nd year of brewing. We are still dedicated to producing uncompromised quality ales, lagers, sodas, such as root beer and ginger ale, and a cuisine that reflects the Pacific Northwest. Located on the east side of Ashland with easy freeway access, it offers the most expansive dining view in town. Featuring happy hour Monday through Friday 4pm-6pm.

In addition to the regular menu featuring creative fresh salads, seafood, meats, and poultry entrees, and burgers and sandwiches, guests can also opt for the daily Food and Beer Pairing. The executive chef recently crafted a Buffalo Chicken Burger with Gorgonzola cheese, shredded hearts of Romaine, and Buffalo sauce on a toasted house-made Pub Bun. Served with fries and a glass of Lawnmower Lager. With a constant eye on sustainability, the chef team utilizes local ingredients and farm products, such as Rogue Creamery.

In 2006, Caldera became the first craft brewery on the West Coast to brew and can its own beer, helping to start a revolution. Today they continue to incorporate “green” practices in their business model with reduce-reuse-recycle across all restaurant, brewery and building operations. Their Caldera Soda Works launched with the lowest-sugar root beer on the market, and now includes ginger ale (with organic ginger),  lemon-lime Soda Hop and a refreshing Hibiscus Rose Petal Ice Tea.

Today, the restaurant boasts more than 40 brews on tap, six of Caldera’s most popular beers are available in cans year round. Each season the brewmaster crafts a beer that speaks of what is fresh in the market.  Lining the soaring walls is Oregon’s largest beer display, a private collection of more than 5,000 bottles and cans that owner Jim Mills has amassed since his youth.

Wandering Aengus Ciderworks is making intriguing ciders from blends of heirloom, organically grown cider apple varieties renowned for their complexity. Their fruit is sourced primarily from orchards located in Oregon. Our product can be sampled at the Saturday Portland Farmers Market at PSU and at festivals around the Pacific Northwest.

The Nectar Creek Tap Room is located on the western edge of Philomath, Oregon. Brothers Phil and Nick Lorenz produce small batch handcrafted award-winning meads using local farmstead honeys, fruits, and other ingredients grown right in the Willamette Valley. True to our beliefs in quality ingredients and hand-crafted products, we have a full food menu made up of locally sourced and house made ingredients to accompany our 24 taps full of our mead, guest beer, guest cider & guest wines. Specializing in Belgian-style ales, Mazama Brewing has earned eight awards at regional and national shows. The microbrewery is family-owned and they offer a full menu of pub food.

Serving classic Philly cheesesteaks, hoagies and a rotating line-up of freshly brewed beers in SE Portland since 1987. We added our brewery in 1993 and expanded our taproom in 2012. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

We are Eugene’s first cidery. At WildCraft Cider Works, we pride ourselves on developing innovative, artisanal hard ciders from the natural bounty provided to us by the Pacific NorthWest. We consider ourselves stewards of the outdoors, always acting consciously to ensure that our ingredients are sustainably harvested and pure in quality, resulting in a carefully crafted cider.

Apple Outlaw is a family owned orchard and cidery located in the beautiful Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon. Their historic Thompson Creek apple orchards provide the fruit for their line of hard cider flavors.
