Topaz Farm’s resident Farm To Plate Chef, Christian Ephrem, continues the annual tradition of a whole animal roast over an open fire. This year’s treat will feature a whole lamb.
Please join us at the massive Historic Topaz Farm Oak Tree at 6:00 p.m. when the Farm to Plate bar opens. Your multi-course dinner, which will be served family-style at each table, will be served starting at 7:00 p.m.
