In partnership with the Portland Cheese Course, Erath is hosting a unique series of Wine and Cheese events. Each session will focus on pairing 4 distinct cheeses paired with 4 Erath wines.
In this session, we will explore the culinary resource-rich region of the Pacific Northwest. While early pioneers made cheese for survival, the artisan producers of today are turning out cheeses of international acclaim. We will learn about the makers and visit (and taste) some of region’s best – all happily paired with another Pacific Northwest great – Erath wines.
