Authentic, traditional Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine will be prepared by the resident chef, Christian Ephrem. With a focus on regional favorites, Addis Ababa-born Ephrem will utilize the fresh, seasonal no-spray harvest at Topaz Farm.
Guests will gather at the massive Historic Topaz Farm Oak Tree at 6:00 p.m. for pre-dinner drinks at the bar. The family-style multi-course dinner will begin at 7:00pm.
