The cuisine and flavors of the African Coast will be the featured dinner prepared by the resident Addis Ababa-born Farm To Plate Chef, Christian Ephrem. He will put the focus on Topaz Farms’ no-spray ingredients and regional favorites.
Bring friends and family to the massive Historic Topaz Farm Oak Tree at 6:00 p.m. when the Farm to Plate bar opens. Then gather at 7:00pm for the abundant multi-course dinner served family-style at each table.
