This workshop is all about the art of pastry-making with Aaron Smith from Humphrey’s Patisserie.

Julia will lead a tasting and offer pairing advice, focusing on pastries, both sweet and savory, and wine. Attendees will enjoy 5 artisan pastries paired with various Pinot varietals and leave with a wealth of knowledge on food and wine pairing.
