Start at Silvan Ridge Winery, where you will enjoy the first two courses along with a barrel sample. Then make the short drive across the street to Sweet Cheeks Winery where you will enjoy the final two courses along with a barrel sample.

Starter: Polenta squares with fontina & wild mushrooms.
Salad: Honeydew & prosciutto with apple vinaigrette.
Entree: Chicken Pinot Noir with basil and mushrooms served over root vegetable purée
Dessert: Dark chocolate shells filled w/ chocolate mousse and chantilly cream
