This is the second of three special H.O.W. classes at FFLC offered for foodies who want to learn how to transform local, fresh ingredients into classic Mediterranean dishes. Each session offers hands-on experiences culminating in a dinner you will brag about to your friends.
Meal courses are paired with regional wines form Bo’s Wine Depot.

Tapas: Membrillo and manchego, Padron peppers and chorizo, Spanish tortilla
Paella with saffron aioli
Homemade churros with warm dipping chocolate
