Join us in the Provisions Market Hall teaching kitchen when Joe Randazzo, local specialty food buyer and demo chef, will present a 2 hour class featuring recipes from the beloved Northwest cookbook: Kachka, by Bonnie Frumkin Morales.
He’ll be preparing a delicious meal from Kachka, an acclaimed Portland restaurant which serves modern Russian cuisine with an emphasis on vibrant and locally sourced ingredients.
Class offers a generous meal and discussion about updated Russian fare.

Shuba (pickled herring salad)
Tvorog vareniki (cheese dumplings)
Apple ponchiki (doughnuts)
Attendees will receive tips on layering flavors, shopping for produce and exploring the book. Wine pairings available for purchase.
