This class will focus on using basic techniques using a combination of Durant Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Fused Olive Oils, and Aperö Vinegars to create easy dressings and marinades in minutes. After the demonstration you will be able to sample them on an assortment of prepared salads, vegetables, and bread.
