The Jackson County Expo is the new venue and presenter of Southern Oregon’s favorite BBQ competition. Originally held each year in September, the event will now be held this February 3-4, 2023.
Central Point’s Battle of the Bones has been renamed Bones and Barrels and competing Backyard BBQ teams will make it even better!!
Note: No event admission Saturday, 2/4 from 3-5pm
Friday, Feb 3, 6pm-9pm: Pork Ribs BBQ competition with 10 teams
Saturday, Feb 4, 12pm-3pm: Enjoy Bones and Barrels drink tastings, a selection of BBQ pork ribs, bloody Mary bar and live music.
Saturday, Feb 4, 5pm-8pm: Bones and Barrels Saturday Evening, “date night,” bring that special someone for a fun evening.
Attendees will watch 12 different BBQ teams compete and offer samples. Distilled spirit samples, live entertainment, and a full bloody Mary bar are also event activities for the 2023 competition. Tastings will be limited to 500 so be sure to get your tickets early.
This is a 21+ event.
