At Grizzly Peak Winery, life is about family and producing award-winning wines among the rolling hills of Southern Oregon.  Owners Al and Virginia Silbowitz, San Francisco Bay Area transplants in 1998, set about planting rootstock in soils most suitable for European-style wines.  Handcrafted in collaboration with Pallet Wine Co. under the direction of notable winemaker Linda Donovan their wines represent carefully tended grapes grown in their own estate vineyard and by neighbors who share their passion for quality. Two of the Silbowitz’ daughters are actively involved in the winery operations. Naomi Fuerte, serves as marketing director and the smiling face behind every pour in the tasting room. Sarah Silbowitz is the resident enologist at Pallet Wine Co., which handles the custom crush for Grizzly Peak Winery. Long time supporters of music and the arts, Al and Virginia have designed the venue and the surrounding gracious lawns as popular gathering spots for performances.
