The annual Oregon Chocolate Festival returns in 2023 with chocolate artisans from across the West Coast offering tastings of their chocolate creations, desserts, bonbons, candies, and more. Attendees will also enjoy cooking demonstrations, cocktails demo, Chocolate and Wine Pairing workshop, no-host lunch at local food trucks, and fun family activities.
Presented again in 2023 are the Chocolate Maker’s Wine Dinner at Ashland Springs Hotel on Friday March 3rd, educational presentations and demos, and the Chocolate Sunday Brunch at Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites.
