LARKS Home Kitchen Cuisine will once again be presenting Easter Dinner at Neuman Hotel Group’s Ashland Springs Hotel in downtown Ashland. Executive Chef Franco Console and his culinary team have designed an exquisite menu that takes full advantage of farm fresh ingredients paired with the finest seafood and meats.
Dinner guests will select from an a la carte menu that includes artisan cheese and charcuterie boards, Lacinato Kale Caesar Salad, Potato Bisque, choices of Grilled Lamb Chops, Steelhead Wellington, Spring Risotto, and Cider-brined Pork Chops. Sweet endings are fruit-forward Amaro and Orange Tiramisu and Passionfruit Sorbet.
