Forest Grove, Oregon 97116Taste Local in the North Willamette is a two-day wine event hosted by the North Willamette Vintners to showcase the unique, elegant and expressive wines produced in North Willamette Valley. Included with your ticket is access to the Wine Festival on Sat, March 21 and two complimentary premium tastings on Sun, March 22 at participating wineries. Day One includes a central Wine Festival at McMenamins Grand Lodge where 20 North Willamette Valley wineries will showcase their wines. Your ticket includes a commemorative glass that serves as your passport to taste the wines from each of the featured wineries as well as small bites provided by McMenamins Grand Lodge. The festival will run from 1 pm – 5 pm. Things to Know: -Do you love what you’re tasting? We encourage you to purchase bottles of your favorite wines to take home. To help make sure you get your bottles home, a will call area will be provided so you can enjoy the festival without carrying your purchases around. -Limited parking is available. We encourage ride sharing or staying overnight at McMenamins Grand Lodge! -Minors and pets are not permitted in the festival and in and out privileges are not allowed. Day Two includes two premium tastings at your choice of participating wineries. Each festival guest will secure their day two premium tasting tickets at the festival. Premium tastings are valued at $20 – $25 per tasting and will include a special library wine, limited production wine or special release wines. These tastings are only available on Sun, March 22. As a two day event, we encourage all guests to stay overnight in the many hotel options in the North Willamette Valley and Tualatin Valley.
