What: Caprial And John Pence are still dishing up their eponymous cooking class, this week at Albertina Kerr in Portland. Expect a fun, intimate lunch lession learning their best tips for cocktails and appetizers.

Thursday, March 16 
What: 2017 is starting out as a big year for wine awards at Belle Fiore Estate and Winery. Their winemaker, Heather Nenow, will be on hand for this next winemaker dinner, featuring 5 courses from Chef Brandon Ruyle. The eye-popping vineyard views and elegant architecture are icing on the cake. How do oysters, pork belly, duck breast, celeriac veloute, and baked petit brie sound?

We’re not sure if March 22nd was written in the stars, but three chef-winemaker dinner collaborations are set for this date in Southern Oregon. 

Wednesday, March 22
What: Willamette Valley’s Eyrie Vineyards is heading south for a match-up with the authentic farm-to-table cooking at Lorella Restaurant. As always, menu will be designed around ingredients available that week from farmers and other producers. A few culinary surprises from Chef Dorcak are certain. Six courses, seven wines!

Wednesday, March 22
What: Larks Restaurant at Inn at the Commons and Chef de Cuisine Maggie Trujillo will be making culinary magic with Kriselle Cellars at this spring wine dinner. If Triple Creme Brie Galette, Scallops Escabeche, Lamb Rack Crepinette and more sound appealing, best call now.

Wednesday, March 22
What: Matthew Griffin, executive chef and owner of Capers has crafted a winemaker dinner menu for pairing with Applegate Valley’s Quady North Vineyards.

Thursday, March 29 
What: Dining club Portland Food Adventures wanders over to Quaintrelle for a 5 course spring food and drink extravaganza. With Chef Bill Wallender at the helm of this kitchen powerhouse, guests will experience what an ingredient-driven eatery can look like.
