Mother’s Day is around the corner (May 10). Are you ready? With this near-total disruption to our regular routines, it might not be possible to jump in the car to find just the right Mother’s Day card or spend a leisurely morning over brunch at her favorite spot. Many restaurants and specialty food markets have pivoted to offer delivery of meals and other goods. Even restaurants that were closed initially have found ways to streamline curb-side pickup or join the food delivery trend.
We’ve rounded up a few locations across the state that are setting the benchmark with creative Mother’s Day takeout solutions of DIY at-home “kits” including brunch, lunch, cocktails and biscuit makings. You can honor mom Oregon-style during this holiday in quarantine. Most have pre-order deadlines so get yours in!
