A Culinary Tour de France: Burgundy

Marche’s French Regional Dinners are an 18 year tradition–and now Provisions is building on a new layer. This unique series will preview the food and wine of these gastronomic regions of France in a class format.

Founding Chef Stephanie Kimmel and Executive Chef Karl Zenk will be on hand to discuss the wonderful culinary traditions of the Burgundy area. Join us!
